Carole Bergeron, RN, PhD

Dr Carole Bergeron is Academic Program Manager at the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University. Prior to her taking this position in 2013, she was the long-time Executive Director of the Connecticut Nurses’ Association. Over the course of her career, Dr. Bergeron has held leadership positions in health and human service organizations as Vice President of Clinical Services, Executive Director, new business and creative program developer. 

In her organizational consultant roles, Dr. Bergeron has facilitated planning retreats, catalyzed group process strategies geared to enhancing shared vision and creating unified approaches to complex operational challenges, and influenced sustainable organizational change.

Dr. Bergeron, and has taught Leadership, Ethics and Health Care Management courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels.

Dr. Bergeron has a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University.

She became a Registered Nurse in 1967.
